(1)使(shi)用減震(zhen)支架固定所(suo)有管子(zi)以便吸收(shou)沖擊和振(zhen)動;
(2)使用(yong)低沖擊閥或蓄能器來(lai)減(jian)少沖擊;
(3)適(shi)當布置壓力控制閥來保(bao)護系統的所有(you)元件;
(4)盡(jin)量減少管(guan)接(jie)頭的使用數量,管(guan)接(jie)頭盡(jin)量用焊接(jie)連接(jie);
(5)使用直螺紋接(jie)頭,三通接(jie)頭和(he)彎頭代替錐管(guan)螺紋接(jie)頭;
(6)盡量用回(hui)油塊代替各(ge)個配(pei)管(guan);
(7)針對使(shi)用的高壓力,規定安(an)裝時使(shi)用螺栓的扭(niu)矩(ju)和堵頭扭(niu)矩(ju),防止結合面和密封件被蠶食;
(8)正確安裝管接(jie)頭

液壓傳動中(zhong)用來控(kong)制(zhi)液體壓力、流(liu)量(liang)和方向的元件。其(qi)中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)通、斷和流(liu)向的稱為方向控(kong)制(zhi)閥。
方向控制(zhi)閥按用途(tu)分為單(dan)向閥和換向閥。
