YHG1型冶金設(she)備標(biao)準(zhun)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)
Y-HG1型(xing)(xing)冶金設備標(biao)準液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang),為雙作(zuo)用單活(huo)塞(sai)桿液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang),缸(gang)徑從40~320mm共有17種規(gui)(gui)格,額(e)定壓(ya)力為16MPa,可以帶緩沖裝置。該系列液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)有13種安裝連(lian)接(jie)型(xing)(xing)式,除軸向腳架式外(wai),安裝連(lian)裝尺寸均符合ISO6021/1-1981的(de)規(gui)(gui)定。活(huo)塞(sai)桿端螺紋(wen)亦符合GB2350-80的(de)規(gui)(gui)定。適用于(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)溫度為-30C~+80C,工(gong)作(zuo)介質為液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)油,乳化液(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)冶金設備(不適用于(yu)磷(lin)酸脂(zhi))。





擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式液壓(ya)缸(gang)是(shi)輸出(chu)扭(niu)矩并實現(xian)往復運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行(xing)元件,有(you)單(dan)葉片(pian)(pian)、雙葉片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)幾種(zhong)形式。葉片(pian)(pian)式式:定子塊固定在(zai)缸(gang)體上(shang),而(er)葉片(pian)(pian)和轉(zhuan)子連接在(zai)一起。根據進油方向(xiang),葉片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)子作往復擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式又(you)分單(dan)螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙螺(luo)旋兩種(zhong),現(xian)在(zai)雙螺(luo)旋比較常用,靠兩個螺(luo)旋副降液壓(ya)缸(gang)內活塞的(de)直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變為直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復he運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong),從而(er)實現(xian)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
采用滾(gun)壓(ya)(ya)加工,由于(yu)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)層(ceng)留有表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)殘余壓(ya)(ya)應(ying)力(li),有助于(yu)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)微小(xiao)裂紋(wen)(wen)的封閉,阻(zu)礙侵蝕作(zuo)用的擴(kuo)展(zhan)。從而提(ti)高(gao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)抗腐蝕能力(li),并(bing)能延緩(huan)疲(pi)勞(lao)裂紋(wen)(wen)的產生(sheng)或擴(kuo)大,因而提(ti)高(gao)缸筒(tong)疲(pi)勞(lao)強度。通過滾(gun)壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)型,滾(gun)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)層(ceng)冷作(zuo)硬化層(ceng),減少了磨(mo)削(xue)副接觸表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)的彈性和塑(su)性變形(xing),從而提(ti)高(gao)了缸筒(tong)內壁的耐磨(mo)性,同時避(bi)免了因磨(mo)削(xue)引起的shao傷。滾(gun)壓(ya)(ya)后,表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)粗(cu)糙度值的減小(xiao),可提(ti)高(gao)配(pei)合性質。
